Russ Cook, Britain's "Hardest Geezer," runs length of Africa in 10,000-mile epic quest for charity

A British man has taken the concept of running for charity to a whole new level.  Russ Cook, 27, completed a year-long quest Sunday to run the length of Africa. 

After running through 16 countries in 352 days, true grit and perseverance fueled Cook over the finish line in Tunisia on Sunday.
