An earthquake near Cleveland Sunday night was felt by some Pennsylvanians as well as western New York residents, according to multiple reports. The quake happened at 10:43 p.m. and was centered in Madison, Ohio, about 45 minutes northeast of Cleveland along the Lake Erie coast. Initially, the quake was measured at a 4.0 magnitude on the Richter scale, but the U.S. Geological Survey later downgraded it to 3.6.
