Tulsa utility bills to increase 27% for most residents starting this fall

Most Tulsans will see the amount due on their monthly city utility bills jump 27% starting in October after city councilors approved rate increases on Wednesday. For the 2024-2025 budget , the City Council agreed to a 3% increase in sewer bills, a 15% increase for stormwater and a 9% increase for trash services. Commercial customers and residential Tulsa utility customers outside city limits will see a 3% water rate increase on their November bill.
