Waco City Council adopts road map for downtown redevelopment

Waco City Council members unanimously adopted a strategic road map Tuesday for Waco's downtown redevelopment , a master plan designed to transform Waco's city center over the next 12 to 20 years. The strategic road map , designed by Hunt Development Group, establishes a framework for delivering $1.8 billion of investment to downtown Waco across four separate phases.
