COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — A $20 scratch-off ticket purchased in Columbus has made one lucky player a $2 million winner, according to the Ohio Lottery. In a news release, the Ohio Lottery announced that the top $2 million prize was claimed on a ticket sold at M & S Carryout, 590 Georgesville Rd. The winner chose the cash option of $1 million; however, after 28% mandatory state and federal taxes, the person netted around $720,000.
