Rogers man pleads not guilty in death by delivery in fentanyl case

A Rogers man pleaded not guilty to a charge accusing him of selling the fentanyl that caused a man's death. Enrique DeJesus Valdez, 23, entered his plea Tuesday at his arraignment before Benton County Circuit Judge Brad Karren. He is charged with aggravated death by delivery.
