MADISON (WKOW) -- The city of Madison mailed absentee ballots on Wednesday, marking the countdown to the Fall 2024 Partisan Primary in Wisconsin. On Tuesday, Aug. 13, voters will choose which candidates will be on the ballot at the general election in November.
