The wild weather that ripped through the region Wednesday night included a tornado, according to the National Weather Service’s Boston office. Meteorologists confirmed that a tornado touched down across parts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, NWS Boston confirmed on Thursday. The tornado started in Rhode Island and traveled into the Bay State, where it ended in North Attleboro.
