Fort Collins is getting a Southern-inspired breakfast spot

A Southern-inspired breakfast spot is moving into the space recently vacated by another breakfast favorite. Another Broken Egg Cafe, which has restaurants in 16 states, mostly in the South, expects to open this fall in southeast Fort Collins. The location will be in the former The Original Pancake House, 2909 E. Harmony Road. (The Original Pancake House moved down the road to the old Village Inn site, 1402 E.
