Nearly a half-dozen pets were found dead at a South Jersey home, including three in a freezer, while police investigated an animal neglect tip and searched the home on Monday, according to authorities. Meanwhile, the home’s resident, identified as Nancy Santos, 57, was arrested and taken to the Atlantic County jail, Galloway Township police said Tuesday.
