PAOLI, Wis. (WKOW) -- The recent rain has been raising water levels in south central Wisconsin and small businesses that rely on our lakes and rivers are feeling the impact. Kelly Hickman, owner of Sugar River Outfitters, has been taking groups kayaking and canoeing on the Sugar River for eight seasons now. He says adjusting between drought conditions and the heavy rainfall we've had recently has been turbulent.
