El Paso audit finds millions in taxpayer dollars misused by city department

An audit reveals the City of El Paso's Economic and International Development Department misused millions of taxpayer dollars when paying business incentives. The audit was on the City of El Paso's Chapter 380 Economic Development Program at the request of the Financial Oversight and Audit Committee (FOAC).
