Rains, hail, storms in St. Louis area expected on July 4th

ST. LOUIS — Independence Day festivities may be postponed if this week’s cold fronts bring forecasted thunderstorms, damaging winds and hail across the St. Louis area, just in time to interfere with parades and firework shows.
