Teen transported to hospital after falling off trail in Hurricane

ST. GEORGE — A teen was transported to the hospital on Tuesday morning after he fell while hiking in Hurricane. The incident was reported shortly before 9 a.m. at the Three Falls Canyon Trail in Hurricane after a 16-year-old fell while hiking one of the trails. Fire crews from Hurricane Valley Fire District were dispatched to the area, where they found the teen approximately a quarter of a mile up the trail.
