Fire crews dealing with a chemical spill affecting businesses and a nature preserve in west El Paso Wednesday night. Crews from the El Paso Fire Department responded to a chemical spill affecting Wakeem-Teschner Nature Preserve on Resler Canyon, near the KFOX14/CBS4 studios at 200 S.
