Moreau housing project faces hurdles

MOREAU—Harry J. Betar Jr. Recreational Park has become a major factor of an upcoming housing project in Moreau. The town board says that protecting the integrity of the park is a critical condition for board approval of a major 27-acre mixed-housing development consisting of approximately 191 residential units divided into single family cottages, attached townhouses, and apartment units.
