BEDFORD, Ohio — Bedford and Bedford Heights celebrated the Fourth of July on Thursday by hosting their 39th annual Independence Day parade. The parade, also representing Oakwood and Walton Hills, began at 10 a.m. at Columbus and Washington Street and stretched on for about 2.5 miles, concluding at Bedford Heights City Hall on Perkins Road.
