NY weather: Expect thunderstorms and scattered showers in New York Thursday evening

A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Thursday at 5:34 p.m. for thunderstorms and scattered showers until 7:45 p.m. for Chemung, Tioga, Broome, Delaware and Sullivan counties.
