Only four months after winning a by-election in Rochdale, George Galloway of the Workers’ Party has lost the seat to Labour’s Paul Waugh. Labour won Rochdale back from the Workers’ Party leader George Galloway, who won the seat four months ago in a by-election dominated by the Israel–Hamas war in Gaza.
