MD home sales slowed in June as affordability remains a growing concern, report shows

Mortgage rates stuck near 7% and record high home prices have cooled housing market activity in many Maryland areas and throughout the mid-Atlantic, according to the June 2024 Housing Report released Wednesday by North Bethesda-based multiple listing service Bright MLS.
