First media outlet considers SUING Kamala Harris' campaign over deceptive campaign ad headlines

Kamala Harris' campaign is facing legal action over the revelations her campaign deceptively edited headlines from news outlets and used them in Google ads.

 WDAY Radio, based in North Dakota, revealed they were 'furious' that one of their stories had been used to make it seem like they were supportive of her presidential bid. 

The backlash grew as Biden and Harris prepared to appear at a public event for the first time together after he was forced out of the race.
