Chicago-area temperatures drop into 40s before a return to summer next week
A touch of fall was in the air Saturday in the Chicago area, but it wasn’t expected to last long. Temperatures across the Chicago suburbs were forecast to dip into the 40s Saturday night for the first time since May.
