A lottery player tried their luck on a game in Puyallup and ended up winning $4.2 million. The player bought a Lotto ticket for the Sept. 14 drawing at a Safeway in Puyallup, a spokesperson for Washington’s Lottery told McClatchy News by email Sept. 18.
