Forecasters issue tornado warning for Lowell, Maynard, West Concord area

A tornado warning for the area including Lowell, Maynard and West Concord was issued by the National Weather Service Sunday morning. The warning remains in place until 9:15 a.m., the agency said in a Twitter post. Forecasters said pea-sized hail was also possible. People were advised to take shelter immediately and check for forecast updates, the agency said.
