A man was arrested Monday night after allegedly pushing a woman onto BART tracks in San Francisco, officials said. Trevor Belmont (who also goes by Hoak Taing), 49, was detained on the platform at the Powell Street Station shortly after the woman fell onto the tracks, BART police said in a news release issued Tuesday.
