On June 19, a man reported his grandson received a threat from an Elyria resident who he traded an item with on Facebook. The other party was not happy and threatened to smash the complainant’s windows out with a bat. Special attention was requested. On June 21, police were dispatched to assist the fire department at a home that was engulfed in flames. Several fire departments from nearby cities also responded.
