Bridgeport's new VeganishCT Cafe reflects husband-and-wife owners' story

The couple's restaurant has been open in Bridgeport for a few weeks, and on July 9, it will hold its grand opening. While it doesn't yet have a menu available online, one posted in the Vegan Connecticut Facebook group shows that VeganishCT Cafe serves salads, sandwiches, breakfast and brunch options and main courses including vegan chicken and waffles and cauliflower steak.
