OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma — An 11-year-old boy fishing at a local pond recently caught something that definitely is from outside the neighborhood. According to the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation, Charlie Clinton pulled in a pacu, a fish normally found in South America that is closely related to the piranha.
