HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) – A 23-year-old Guatemalan national, has been convicted of manslaughter by Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) in Boston. Manuel Fernando Alejandor-Martinez was arrested by deportation officers from ERO Boston’s Hartford field office on June 7 in Durham. His arrest followed a conviction for causing the death of a Connecticut resident, as stated by ERO Boston Field Office Director Todd M. Lyons.
